Bohart's magazine Issue 001

The premiere issue of Bohart's magazine is really the minimum of what it takes to make a print magazine - a single sheet of paper printed recto and verso. Issue 1 introduces itself and a work by Vancouver artist, Devon Knowles, that Bohart will revisit from a variety of points-of-view and points-in-time over years to come. The issue rounds out with a short piece on Corbin Union, an upstart artist residency in a ghost town in the East Kootenays of British Columbia that will inaugurate an ongoing, if occasional, series about the creative places and spaces where artists work. It’s a start.
